This historical house was built 1915 as The Nuneaton County Mining and Technical School. The building have housed the mining classes during the day and the art classes in the evening. Later was the facility used as an education centre by Warwickshire Country Council, before it became known as Park House Youth and Community Centre until 2012, when the centre was closed.
After major renovation by Rugby construction firm Stepnell, the building was opened again on 24th January 2015 as Heart of England Co-operative Society new funeral home replacing former facility in Central Avenue.
