Goes underneath the Komuter rail line and the highway. It connects the two Seputehs separated by the highway. Open to motorcycles and pedestrians only. The portion that goes under the rail line is just about wide enough to fit a car, so occasionally there are law-breaking car drivers going through as well to get to the highway without using the Seputeh access road.
