  • I visited the chemist to buy some medicine and was shocked with the ignorance of the pharmacist. I also noticed an old lady in a mobility scooter was waiting at the counter before me. He knew we were waiting because he looked at us on a number of occasions but he never acknowledged us, instead he hid in the room behind the counter. We had to wait over 15 minutes before another member of staff came to to the counter. By this time, I had enough and went to Boots to get my medicine. There , I received prompt service and a coupon for my troubles. I shall shop at Boots from now on.
