  • Yes, it is the same resort. We stayed there a few years ago when it was the Bahia Principe. Nice resort but the property is HUGE!
  • YES THIS WAS THE BAHIA PRINCIPE WHICH WAS A SUPERB RESORT. MUST COMPLIMENT THE CUBANS (from the Front Desk to the Gardener in the Lawns ouside) FOR THEIR FRIENDLINESS, SERVICE AND HUMBLENESS EVEN UNDER THE PRESSURE. MY WIFE N I TILL TODAY DO RECOLLECT EVERY MOMENT OF OUR FIRST EVER STAY AT THIS ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT. THE BEACH WAS GREAT WITH FISHES NIBBLING AROUND YOUR TOES (GOES TO SHOW HOW CLEAR THE WATER WAS FROM THE CHEST BELOW) AND SOME SKIMMING FAST BY YOU AT TIMES NEAR THE SURFACE. WUD LOVE TO GO AGAIN BUT THE WORLD IS LARGE AND THERE IS MORE TO SEE ALL AROUND. HAVENT STOPPED EVER SINCE.
  • Just got back from this resort. It is falling apart. Rooms are terrible and the staff can be really good or ignore you altogether. Do not stay here, there are much better resortsin the area and Cuba.
