Briltil

This village grew around a bridge, a til. At Briltil was the local open air ice-skating field in the grassland, surrounded by little walls, that was filled in the wintertime in the hope that the temperature went below zero. When open, there was cake and chocolate milk, koek and sopie.
There was also a dairy factory near the bridge, till 2003.
