This 37-story office tower, completed in 1984, is considered one of the premiere office locations in Columbus. It is located across the street from both the Ohio Supreme Court (to the west) and the Statehouse (to the east). It remains the home of major law firms such as Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, although another major player in the legal world, Jones Day, vacated 75,000 square feet of the tower and relocated to a newer office in the Arena District in late 2004.
