Home to the college of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Jordan Hall was the first building constructed for Butler University when it moved to its current location. Many classes are taught in Jordan hall, including but not limited to classes in the subjects of computer science, english, psychology, history, languages, political science, etc. It contains eight computer labs with specialty software to support the various programs at Butler, with wireless access in selected classrooms. Many university offices are also located in Jordan Hall, most notably the president Bobby Fong, as well as the university Police Department.
