Very nice place, with very friendly people. Gas station, Convenience store, mechanic shops, for all vehicles, large and small. Showers available for males and females for Rs. 5 each (as of 2008). Nice restaurants across the street. And a hotel with expensive rooms. Ratnagiri is 14kms from here with a lot more services, medical etc.
