over twelve hectares located in town of Bani, province Pangasinan. In 1976 the most intact billfish fossil was found here. It was shipped to the Los Angeles County Museum for study and then returned to the National Museum of the Philippines. A dirt airstrip of five hundred meters long was able to accomodate a BN Islander plane with ten passengers. The airstrip no longer exists.
