St. John's College is a founding college of the university. The current building opened in 1958 and includes a chapel and residence as well as teaching and administrative areas. One wall of the chapel is covered with a bronzed sculpture of "St. John the Apostle" by George Elsey and Leo Mol. The metal screen in the foyer is lit by 15 stained glass windows illustrating the life of St. John.
