Senator Apartments City Center was the Ukraine' first professional-service apartment complex, opening its doors to its first guests in May, 2005. It's a handsome building that dates from the late 19th century, and has been fully restored. We have made certain that the facility matches the highest international standards. Each of the complex’s 26 apartments is fully equipped and furnished and ranges in size from one to four rooms.
City Center is located in the heart of Kyiv's lovely downtown, near the Opera Theater, one of the city's several botanical gardens, and some of its best restaurants.
Typical 1-bedroom apartments offer a bedroom with a double-bed and a spacious walk-in wardrobe, a living-room with a big-screen or PlasmaTV (most apartments have sofa-bed in the living-room), a studio kitchen (fully equipped with kitchen utensils and electric appliances (stove, microwave, cooker hood, full size refrigerator, kettle)), and a bathroom (some apartments have jacuzzi baths and the other regular bath tubs). All bathrooms have washing machines, water heaters and heated floors.
All the apartments have cable and wireless Internet access, satellite television, coffee and tea making facilities, minibars, safes and desks. Bathroom has heated floors, washers, bathrobes, slippers and hair dryers. Most apartments have balconies.
The rate includes regular cleaning, bed linen and towel change, free drinking water, tea, coffee and sugar. There are also offer such services as in-room mini-bar, laundry, ironing, equipment rent, etc.
