Manchester is a city in section 15 of Manchester Township, Freeborn County, Minnesota. The population was 57 at the 2010 census.

Manchester Township was first settled in 1856, organized in 1858 under the name of Buckeye, but was renamed Liberty and finally Manchester the same year.

The city of Manchester in section 15 was founded in 1877, platted in 1882, replatted in 1898, and incorporated in 1947. The village had a station of the Minneapolis and St. Louis Railroad.
