Closed and sold to developers as of April 2006. The dealership occupied almost a full city block of land, and owned few lots nearby that were used to store vehicles. The dealership exited the auto business after a real estate developer made an offer that was too good to pass up. Declining sales of Ford vehicles and heavy competition from suburban mega-dealerships made the decision easier.
