Incomplete mixed-use shopping, office and residential complex. Construction is currently on hold due to a lengthy legal battle:

A regional mall was once on the site, it was demolished and replaced, except for the now freestanding Macy's and Target stores.

A remodeling as an upscale commercial / residential outdoor mall, in the style of Santana Row in Santa Clara hit difficulties after the 2008 economic collapse, and the complex is largely incomplete.

While the two anchor stores are open, one of the two office towers is vacant, as is the residential section, and the retail section.

Original opening date was Summer 2006, but work is behind schedule.

The Sunnyvale City Council has apparently decided to sever ties with the previous developer. There is speculation that a local developer may step in.
