Made up of several complexes across 31st St and W. Mangold Avenue in Greenfield, Wisconsin, Sunburst is a rarity in that it is a surviving, predominantly two-level multi-structure complex series from the mid 1970s that has had very little renovation take place over the years. An outdoor pool gives this property a leg-up on most others in the area, and its proximity away from the major thoroughfares (S. 27th, College Ave.) keeps the automobile noise down. Management leaves something to be desired, however, with somewhat inattentive property managers on-duty on a "whenever we feel like it" basis, and most help/cleaning staff speaking little/no english, thus posessing very little ability to help you once they get to your apartment.
