  • Nagavi Yellamma Temple is the major temple in the town. The main attraction part of this temple is "60 POLE temple"( Aravattu Kambha Gudi)& "Nandi-Bhavi". Also there are some small temples and mosques catering to the religious needs of different communities.

  • This place is very much cool for visiting here with family and our family prefer this temple first in their view of gods here in this village we can find all things available to cook and eat at cheap prices we go every twice a month to this temple and we prefer to go here by train and it is also at very much less price at 45 in express and 30 in passenger here we make our many function very much successful and we can do any thing here with plesure and we will enjoy a lot here in thjis temple's pound known as Nandhi bhavi and we swim here for hours and hours and eat very much natural food which we can't get in our polluted cities.

  • This is best place, in karnataka basically you find many historic palces which are yet be be discovered...many people say that chalukays ruled her as they say they had a University in Chittapur ...we also have Nandi Bhavi,water is fresh in the early morning even we can see fish,turtle,crabs and many more inscets living under water signifance of this water is the water level will not decrease and also it will remain same in summere also...there many other temple which are bulit in 6th century like we have Hanuman mandir .which was recnetly deveploped by local brahmins and other caste of chittapur,its's and wonderful place..lastly you can still meet the people who developed this temple ...The Balachandra Naik Family still resdies there in 100 year old worth watching the wood work and paintings in their house are worth to see in a life time
