A newly renovated and refurbished apartel in the city with great views of the surroundings as it is located on Signal Hill. Built after World War II in 1959, Habiba Suites used to be one of the earliest apartment buildings back in the day and commanded a bird's eye view over Jesselton. It is even featured in stamps and it was occupied by the expatriates and British government before the Public Works Department (PWD) took it over for their staff to call it home. It has since been named as JKR 447 and today, it is no longer dominating as taller buildings have come up.

It can be easily noticed from Suria Sabah and Jesselton Point in the city centre, while it can be spotted in the distance from the Likas Sports Complex. It has a wonderful rooftop with an extravagant view over the city centre, sea and islands, as well as towards the outlaying areas of the city. The public are allowed to enter the grounds of Habiba Suites, though permission is necessary should one be interested in heading to the rooftop to enjoy the views.
