The present building was acquired by the Abundant Faith Cathedral in 2000 from the True Rock Missionary Baptist Church which had moved to new accommodations after 25 years on Piquette Avenue. In 2010, the Abundant Faith Cathedral followed suit and moved to 14710 Kerchaval Avenue. The Piquette Avenue building now serves as an outreach center for the church.
