built in 1994, these are described as luxury units. the walls come in a beige colour, with the vinyl entryways/bathrooms/kitchens
slowly being fazed out with hardwood flooring and fake slate.

there are 20+ buildings with about 12 units per building. the apartments with views (extra $10ish a month) are extraordinary.
maintenance is friendly, efficient, and quick to respond to work requests. the staff is managed by matt leyen.

the central meeting place for the complex is the pool which is behind the clubhouse. there is a big general pool which is 5'6" at its
deepenst point, a volleyball pool which is 3'6" deep, and a hot tub. there are two grills, with one of them being under a cabana.

the general makeup of the tenants seems to be young professionals although there are families that live there too. people are very
friendly and courteous and love to start random conversations over beers (in cans, no glass allowed) at the pool.
