Home to many Rajendra-Jahagirdar families. Rajendra Nivas is one of those four old housing complexes (or WaaDaa) built by Rajendra Family in late 19th century.
Temple of Great God Balaji, which was constructed by Rajendra family's ancistors, is popular here. There is a huge festival during Nav-Ratri season (early winter) which lasts for about two weeks.
