Dalyan is a natural water route which connects Köyceğiz Lake with the Mediterranean Sea. It is possible to take boat trips on Dalyan. Wildlife is conserved in the area. Upstream Dalyan towards the Köyceğiz Lake, there are mud baths which ware believed to be make the skin look more beautiful. Downstream on the east coast of Dalyan, there is the ancient Kaunos city and Rock Tombs of Kings. The south of Dalyan on the Mediterranean coast, lies İztuzu Beach.
