“Gewestbos Ravels”, better known as the “Ravelse Staatsbossen”(state forrests).
It covers an area of 800 hectares and is open to visitors.
During the summer season, protection against insects is strongly advised. Also ticks are very much present, so keep this in mind. After a period of rain adequate shoes are needed.
During the hunting season it is possible that hunting in this woods is scheduled at some specific moments. A notification will then be presented at the information board on the parking area.
