This small "Poverty Row" lot was the home of many small studios including Chadwick (1924-1928), and James Cruze (1928). Another longer term and more famous tenant was PRC Studios (Producers Releasing Corp.) from 1939-1943 (then 1943-1947 at 7324 Santa Monica in the old and much larger Grand National studio).
Was eventually absorbed into Columbia Pictures (the publicity Department) and is now part of the lot known as Sunset-Gower.
