  Check this out... ALL VISITORS GOING INSIDE CARMELRAY, BE IT YOUR AN APPLICANT, SOMEBODY WHO'LL BE FETCHING SOMEONE, OR JUST A SIMPLE VISTOR ENTERING Carmelray is charging P100 for every vehicle w/out stickers that is entering its premises. According to them, this "road user fee". This is illegal and there are reports now going to the Municipal government on this unfair rule inforced to all visitors. This is a form of extortion and very soon a legal case will be filed against the author of this so called "road user fee". If anyone readings this message happens to enter this premises with their vehicle, REFRAIN FROM paying anything.. tell the guard that there's already a formal complaints filed at the Municipal Level. It shall be escalated too on the proper authority...

  as to my past experience, we have going to and fro Carmelray park 1 and 2 and we did not experience paying 100 pesos road users tax whatsoever. maybe the complaint did worked and cancelled its "fee"...
