August 22, 2009 - Dawn Watch Daily Prayer celebrates its One Year culmination held in Jesus the Spring of Eternal Life Church (JSELC). It was attended by all BISMA pastors, church members and government leaders . BISMA (Bislig Ministerial Association) is an association of ministers of the city of Bislig becoming one in prayer irregardless of denomination and group.
