Twin Sisters is a pair of peaks topping out at 11,428 feet. Follow the trail 3.7 miles from the trailhead near Lily Lake*. When you arrive at the top, you will see the trail continue up one of the peaks. The peak that the trail follows is not the true summit, but offers some fantastic views and a nice place to take a break and grab a bite to eat. The eastern peak with the rock scramble is the true summit. Look for the USGS medallion; you will find the guest register stashed in a hole within arms reach of the medallion.

*There is a parking lot directly across from Lily Lake. This is not the parking lot closest to the trailhead. Follow the road about a half mile as it goes up behind the visitors center and you will arrive at a dirt parking lot and parking along the road that is very near the trailhead. Parking may be limited during hiking season.
