Greenford tube station is located on the Ruislip branch of the Central Line, and the terminus of a short branch from Ealing Broadway on the National Rail. It is the only station on the Underground where you have to to go UP on an esculator to get to the platforms, and it also has the last of the Wooden Esculators on the London Underground (these were removed following the King's Cross Fire).
