We focus more on being a social health club than a fitness gym. Our goal is to offer a great environment in which to get you fit while having fun and developing great relationships along the way.

Our clubs located in Modesto and Turlock have been in business for over 27 years and we understand that making a decision to commit to working out is difficult and that picking the right club is even harder.

If you have shopped other facilities in town you will note that our rates are a little above other facilities. We do this by choice. To us, poor service, unclean facilities and an overcrowded facility all go hand-in hand with being the cheapest price in town. That also means we are not for everyone. If you appreciate quality in a non-intimidating environment, then we are here for you.
