  • One of the 2 most imposing mosques in the whole of Alor Star, the other being the colonial-era, heavily-Moorish Masjid Zahir. Its stunning architecture is overwhelming for both local residents and visitors alike. The graceful blue domes that adorned the mosque complex are reminiscent of Uzbekistan's famed madrassas in Registan, Samarkand.
