  • The management sucks! They increase rental and make people hate them. The Worst Complex i ever been. Last time, there were a KFC, Supermarket, good shops, but now they're gone, because The Fucking Management increase the rental too high.. The building structure also not good especially when you want to park your car! Fuck, i dont know how many car accident in this building... When i come in the morning, its very HOT... They budget the electricity. When you get caught of doing something wrong for them, they will take your picture! DAMN! I dont know how many peoples hate to come here... When you come at day or night, there are so many fucking car park in front of this building.. Plus some drunk people at night disturb pedestrian..

  • I agree with Public. With three nearby schools - Lai Chee primary school, SMP secondary school (Sekolah Menengah Perempuan Jalan Ipoh) and Chong Hwa Independent High School (one of the best Chinese secondary schools in Kuala Lumpur), they had to raise the rental until their main attraction - Public Book Store 大眾書局 had to move out. Their foodcourt tenants have since moved to Brem Mall Kepong. Despite so, it still goes on with a rather large photography accessory shop (big umbrella lighting deflectors) and a restaurant at ground floor doubling up as a meeting place for Indian immigrant workers to book their air tickets back to India. It is not dead yet possibly due to the bus-stand directly in front of the building and an electronic arcade on the 1st floor. It's essentially a ghost building drawing its last breath. And the main cause for all of these - THE MANAGEMENT!
