In 1892 doctor Hilarijus Raduškevičius bought this land, during 1895-1900 the palace were built according to architect J. Januševskis project. After Hilarijus death in 1900 the palace belonged to his nephew M. Raduškevičius. Guild trader I. Donskoy bought the palace in 1911 and established a footwear factory „Progres“. In 1923 glass factory owners borther L. and I. Singers and settled the factory office and 21 rooms. In 1939 palace came to K. Burba. After WWII palace was used by military unit, later it was turned to student hostel, ambulance station. Currently this building belongs to Lithuanian Architect Union.
