  • uh, it don't "gotta" be a tunnel entrance. thats just what it looked like to me.
  • It's a retractable roof that splits in two parts to permit large objects to be raised by an underground hoist and tilt system. Objects are raised to range height to be rotated and tilted to display all aspects against the target radar. Once the object is raised, the doors close around the raised pylon using an inflatable bag system that fits around the pylon, thus making the facility below both light and emission proof.
