  how is there a dilapilated well in the middle of the lake? could someone throw some light on this?

  Though this area has been taken back by defence few years ago, it seems that no efforts are taken to develope these lakes for betterment. With the resources available with Defence this should not be a big task for them. They have already developed Other area like Mahdev Temple on Tilakwadi Road, Ganapti Temple, which is near to these lakes only, then why the lakes are not being looked upon?
