Jackson Triangle is a neighborhood of Hayward bordered by Jackson Street, Harder Road, and Whitman Street. The area is primarily residential and had 10,662 residents as of 2012. The neighborhood has a high poverty rate (18% overall, 36% for young children), and is the subject of the Hayward Promise Neighborhood initiative which aims to improve the educational system.
