The smaller of two dams which created Lake Diefenbaker in Saskatchewan, Canada. The dam was built in the 1960's and regulates the flow of the Qu'Appelle River into Buffalo Pound Lake, which supplies water to Regina, Moose Jaw and the Kalium Chemicals Potash Mine at Belle Plaine.
