Hilmar is west of Delhi and Livingston. Hilmar is south of Turlock. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.9 square miles (10.2 km²), all of it land. It is home to the Hilmar Cheese Company, a cheese manufacturer that offers public tours.

  • I work for Hilmar Cheese and we make WAY WAY 2 much fucking cheese! when you eat kraft cheese singles and other kraft products your eating our cheese. When your new born eats enfamil and nestle and other baby forumla's they are eating our WPC(Whey Protien Concentrate) which is a bi product of cheese ;)
