The low-rise International-style office building was built in 1958 as the Reynolds Metals Company International Headquarters. The building is considered an important prototype of "the modern suburban office development", and makes extensive use of aluminum as both a building and decorative material. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its innovative design and construction.
