This Canyon sits directly below the summit of Signal Peak, and is home to the only remaining indigenous Palm trees in the American southwest. All the Palm trees in Phoenix, California, etc, have been brought in by people from Florida. The trees in Palm Canyon sit a few hundred feet above the Canyon floor.
