Kamen Volcano is located in central Kamchatka. About 1000 years ago The karmen collapsed and produced a large avalanche with a volume of 4-6 cu km and a run out distance of 30 km to SE. The avalanche coincided with eruptions of Bezymianny volcano nearby, and was likely triggered by earthquakes, which accompanied Bezymianny eruptions.
