Bear Lake parking lot and Visitor Center. The shuttle through Rocky Mountain National Park makes a stop here. This parking lot gets very crowded during the tourist season, so arrive early or park at the Park & Ride.
The Visitor Center has very knowledgeable park rangers who can give you information about whatever activities you have planned in the park for the day. Bottled water is available for sale, as are guides to Bear Lake and some of the area hikes and attractions. Chemical toilets are along the south side of the parking lot.
