    I don't think you should tear that down it is very nice to have sobeys there and the theather and sears if you tear it down were are the people going to go for to buy there food like me i'm so handy.

    There's a Superstore that's a two-minute drive away on Portland Street. And besides, since the Wal-Mart and the movie theatre left for Dartmouth Crossing, there isn't much left there.

    they cant put housing there because its built on a landfill and the mall is sinking into it. i vote rollerderby!

    dont close down the mall it has been their for ever the goverment spends so much money on tings they dont need when the should open their eyes an see we need it so get a life and find somthing els to nock down

    Too late, most of the stores there have moved to the Crossing. I don't expect too much to happen with Penhorn, probably demolish it.

    I went her today.. maybe I'm just overly emotional, maybe it's just me, but I elt like crying, to how empty is is. And I hate hate hate hate hate Dartmouth crossing especially being someone who does not own a vehicle. It is much to far away.

    Dartmouth Crossing really does seem so far away in comparison but... Something needs to be done with that mall! It's so depressing and theres like 5 stores in there now or something crazy ! Time to say gooooodbye.... or fix it up and make her pretty again...lol even though I cant remember Penhorn Mall ever being pretty !

    It's official. They're redeveloping it into a strip mall. Sobeys and Sears are staying.

    You guys are nuts. Go get an education since most of you had spelling and grammer mistakes in you're posts, and then smarten up and see that this mall sucks now, and that there is no point in saving it.

    The mall sucks now because everybody moved out. This used to be a very busy mall, everyone shopped there.
