This eddifice is Marcelo family's property. A legacy from Mrs.Aurora Garcia and Mr. Sergio Marcelo Sr.It is facility primarily for business operation. The three-storey building is composed of two phase, the left and right phase. the upper storey is also good for accomodations but it is only for private used.

Mid 90's:the ediffice is one of the largest among the city proper.And slightly operational.
Late 90's: The builiding is composed of Variety store(left phase) and (Poultry and Agricultural Supply(right phase).
At 20's: the variety store transformed into a Gowns And Wedding Creations Stall
At present: the building primarily used for Rice Dealings (wholesaling & retail)
