  • Aberdeen is an excellent spot for beginner and intermediate surfers, no turds.
  • When my father lived in Aberdeen he and some hardy friends used to swim here every working day of the year, until we moved to Glasgow in 1942.
  • My father was born in Aberdeen in 1915, hence my interest in the city. He was born in a Cottage on an estate, Rose Cottage. Anyone heard of it? I'm sure the beach would be a good spot for surfers - good rollers.
