Coastal Towers was developed by Ratu Mutiara on year 2006. It has 312 apartments over 2 buildings (Block 9 and Block 11). Each block has 3 lifts. Each floor has 6 apartments range from 900+sqf to 1250sqf. Maintenance fee is 22 cents/sqf. The apartments owners have recently formed the Joint-Management Board. Strata title is available. It has 1 gym room with equipments, sauna room, out-door jacuzzi, 2 swimming pools (one for kids) with BBQ area and 2 multiple purpose halls.

The site is currently at 60-70% occupancy rate as many Malaysian and foreigners bought the apartment as vacation home. It is 20 mins away from Batu Ferringi and 25 mins from Gurney Plaza/Gurney Drive.

There are currently two constructions projects around Coastal Tower. One by Ratu Mutiara - Waterfront just opposite for Block 11, and one beside Block 11 developed by Bolton which launch at minimal RM350,000 for 1300+sqf for Phase 1 and RM420,000 for Phase 2. These two apartments will be the last two apartments for this area.

The environment is quite and its quite windy if you stay in upper floors. Broadband services (Streamyx) is available in this area. As for transportation, you need to walk 2mins down the main road beside the Floating Mosque or 10 mins walk to opposite Maybank near main road to get a bus.

    Paid extra to get seaview only to find that another development, Water Front by the SAME developer, Ratu Mutiara block the view later. Ratu and their agent Henry Butcher , in my view, are not the honest bunch u want to deal with.

    Dear solarstorm. next time be more careful. This is prime land, every land is sure 2B utilised. Look at the whole location first.
