Ramat Ef'al (Hebrew: רָמַת אֶפְעַל) is a neighborhood of Ramat Gan in central Israel. Previously part of Ef'al Regional Council, in 2007 it was transferred to the city of Ramat Gan, together with Kfar Azar.
