The first shopping mall in Albania was inaugurated on 3rd of October 2005. This center is already over 47000 GBA in total and has approx. 1000 parking spaces, 700 of them covered. The project was designed by an Austrian Design Studio with a long term experience in modern projects of Shopping Malls, and has been built in collaboration with other Overseas Companies.
QTU is located in the Westside of Tirana, approx. 6km far from the city center, in the highway Tirana - Durrës. The center is situated in a strategic point, because it is in the side of the only highway that connects the capital with the biggest harbor of the country, Durrës and with the airport of Rinas; so it is positioned in an important nodal point of the traffic between these main arteries of the economy. Also, the center is in the area where are located approx. 80% of the biggest businesses in the country.
