  • Very bad customer handling. Charge customer twice on credit VISA card then argue not to refund. After 45 minutes waiting for action Manager Maricar refused to see customer with complaint unless you make an apointment. Staff could not find her! 25 minutes later she turns up. No apology, no action. Basak store. When asked for aglass of water, I was told we are not a restaurant! Great customer service. Now 4 days later nothing corrected and still double charged. Staff nice, manager should be dismissed.
