  This place is closed and probably haunted. It's a huge site with beautiful old buildings built in the early part of the last century. It looks like an Ivy League campus and could be the setting for a movie. Unfortunately the state or town can't find anybody to develop it and the buildings are falling apart.

  This place is not closed, I live right down the street from it. It's a quiet place and for the most part well-maintained, though the exteriors certainly give it a worn down look, the buildings are quite old. Some of the buildings are also not used as much as they used to be.
