"Izli"(amazigh/ spoken Izzeli) = lonesome, isolated (the french transcription on older maps is "Iséli" and "Iseli")

But in contrast "Isli" ​​in amazigh is the "groom". The legend of the lovers of two warring tribes, who could not come to each other and or who have drowned here (or: their tears had filled the lakes) is unfortunately only a modern fairy tale from a French pen.
