Thees lakes and the Park is a beautiful place and main attraction of Handen. This place is one of the most active hang outs during both Summer and Winter. In Winter the lake water is completely frozen and is ideal for skiing and in the summer the theatre Orm-teatern performs in the old barn.

Surrounding the lakes is a fairly large forest with several hiking-trail and a frisbee-golf court.
